Opened in Buena Vista in 2020, The Cellar on Railroad is an intimate gathering space for lifelong wine enthusiasts and the simply wine-curious to discover bar-setting bottles from across the globe.

Our philosophy is simple: great wine is honest wine. We intentionally feature producers who seek a true expression of their region, without the addition of coloring agents, pesticides, herbicides and other unnecessary additives. This typically means each bottle will vary year to year, telling a story of its specific season. These are wines that excite, surprise and spark conversation, right down to the very last drop.

Served alongside these carefully curated pours is a seasonal menu of organic, sustainably sourced fare. From summer ceviches to cold weather sausages and raclette, charcuterie boards to Mediterranean spreads, these small plates are crafted for lively group dining and pair with a wide range of our wines. For those more inclined towards spirits or beer, we also proudly serve a number of locally crafted brews and premium imports from Kentucky, Scotland and beyond.
